Major news coming out of PPW today, as the company has announced that they will be moving to a different venue for the foreseeable future. The purple and gold brand will now reside at the Slatington Expo Center, located at 8281 PA-873, Slatington, PA.
The new venue is about 30 minutes away from PPW’s former home, the Signature Training Academy in Brodheadsville, PA, as well as 45 minutes away from the home of most PPW shows prior to the pandemic, the Holy Family Academy in Hazleton, Pennsylvania.
A lot of thought and consideration was taking into account when figuring out where the company would base itself in 2023, as the move now moves the company closer to the historic professional wrestling hotbed of Allentown while still being an easy and accessible drive for fans from both of the previous venues.
Pennsylvania Premiere Wrestling (PPW) was established in August of 2013 as originally a one-off benefit show. Fast forward to today and PPW is still around and producing monthly shows and has a television show featured Sunday nights on WYLN-35 Hazleton, High Voltage as well as on FiteTV.
Tickets for the event are available at www.ppwwrestling.com/shop are officially live! Be on the lookout for talent and match announcements in the coming days, as this exciting new chapter for the brand begins on Saturday, March 11th, with bell time slated for 7 PM!
