Christina Marie Faces Tough Challenge in Veda Scott
By Jessica McKeown
With numerous titles in her history (and impressive reign lengths to boot), Rhode Island-born Veda Scott is barreling into Pennsylvania Premiere Wrestling to grab another belt for her collection. Scott brings her A-game no matter the challenger (and despite her 5-foot-1 stature) with DDTs, drivers, and more. Her wrestling accolades reach not only nationally here in the United States, but also abroad including in Japan.
She will bring this ferocity to the ring in pursuit of the Pennsylvania Premiere Wrestling Women's Championship at PPW Juiced on February 16. Scott needs to bring all of the talent and energy she has, though, in order to get past current champion Christina Marie.
Marie uses her experience with powerlifting and mixes it with her aerial ability to slam anyone down who stands in her way. The last thing she plans to do is lose the adored championship belt to a newcomer to Hazleton and to the promotion.
Will Veda Scott take the belt from right under Christina Marie's nose? Or will Marie's reign continue strong for the months to come? Make it to PPW Juiced to find out.
